On April 2, 2025, the US government announced the imposition of "reciprocal tariffs" on Chinese goods imported into the US. The US approach violates international trade rules, severely harming China's legitimate rights and interests, and is a typical example of unilateral bullying. In accordance with laws and regulations such as the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and the basic principles of international law, and with the approval of the State Council, tariffs will be levied on imports originating from the United States from 12:01 PM on April 10, 2025. The relevant matters are as follows: 1. A 34% tariff will be levied on all imports originating from the United States, in addition to the current applicable tariff rates. 2. The current bonded warehouse and tax reduction and exemption policies remain unchanged; the tariffs levied this time will not be reduced or exempted.

3. Goods that have been shipped from the place of shipment before 12:01 PM on April 10, 2025, and imported between 12:01 PM on April 10, 2025 and 24:00 on May 13, 2025, will not be subject to the additional tariffs stipulated in this announcement.
